How about something a bit sweet? The bittersweet notes from cranberries, dandelion and clover flower can be highlighted by mixing the gin with a more fruity tonic. We suggest a pink grapefruit or rhubarb/raspberry tonic to create a slightly sweet and beautifully coloured thirst quencher.
4 cl Byens Gin
12 cl Pink grapefruit or rhubarb/raspberry tonic
White snapdragon or pink grapefruit for garnish
Highball glass
Measuring cup or 'jigger'.
Add 4cl of Byens Gin to a tall slim glass filled with ice. Top up with either pink grapefruit or rhubarb/raspberry tonic (approx. 12 cl) and garnish before serving.
